Trout eradication trial



I've just had 4 full on days at Karori Sanctuary, helping out with a trial to remove brown trout from one of the streams, using a low pH.


Even though after the first day the weather was CRAP, I had a great time, met some cool people and learned HEAPS!

Electro fishing - we got about 150 small trout, one big one, and a few koura too!
